Continuous variable refers to the kind of variable that can take an unlimited number of values ranging between the highest and lowest point of measurement. Major examples of continuous variable mainly include distance and speed. On the other hand, it can further be stated that as a continuous variable can have infinite number of real values within the given interval, continuous variable tends to remain continuous or discrete (Makkar & Singh, 2021). In addition to that, as one obtains continuous variable by counting or measuring, continuous variable can even obtain a value that exist between two particular real values.
